this week has been on the blah side of things. nothing too exciting, nothing too upsetting. my boss left yesterday for a week and half vacation, so next week things should be emotionally pretty calm around work. of course while she's away i'm next in charge, so lets hope there are no major customer complaints or anything like that i'll have to deal with!
physically i'm still having a bad pain on a particular spot of my left side of the lower abdomin. nurse said its just the uterous stretching, as long as theres no blood then they are not really concerned. my coworker asked what they said when i called and when i told her she said "oh, maybe you are having twins"... i just glared at her (but in a good way). my sleeping is getting erratic. i'm more tired now during the day than in previous weeks. Dr.Webb said its finally catching up to me and to try to take naps as much as possible....well, kinda difficult to do when you work all day! but even though i'm super tired at night i sleep well for about the first 1.5 hrs and then toss/turn/stare at ceiling for the rest of the night until an hour or so before i'm suppossed to get up-thats when i have my best sleep, ironically.
Sweetie, our female cockatiel, displayed behavior to indicate she was done with her nesting/egg laying so we removed her box that had been in there for about 3 months. well, no more than 12 hours later another egg appeared! so we changed her cage completely to hopefully prevent another round from coming(changing the surroundings is a way to distract the bird from the normal routine) if more eggs come we gotta go to some drastic measures like bird birth controll (yes, there is actually such a thing, but on the dangerous side so vets use it as a last recourse). its just very bad for her physically to keep laying like she has been. i hope we wont have to go that route.

Perhaps you've inspired Sweetie! :) But seriously, I'm sorry that you're in pain, pregnancy is no picnic I'm sure. But don't worry, only about 6 1/2 months to go! And just think, then you'll have a beautiful daughter(yes, a girl!) to love for the rest of your life.
a girl??? did the doctor call you and forget to call me? ;) seriously i'm hoping my dr.apt next monday (the 10th) they'll be able to tell..i really dont know when its actually visable. but it will sure be funny if it turns out to be a girl!
