3rd time a charm?

spoke to the nurse today. one more change to the medicine regiment. this will be the 3rd change in a week. i am to take glyburide in the morning and night and no more metformin. lets hope this is the magic combination. if i start sweating,chills,etc during the night then it will be back to the drawing board.
