Hot Chocolate mix

i was surfing the net the other day to find a powdered hot chocolate mix that was non-dairy for chris, since its difficult to find in stores. along the way i also came across a mix for sugar-free, fat-free hot chocolate for myself. i really enjoy my kind-its very smooth and creamy thanks to the addition of the pudding mix (i suppose you could even alter different flavors by switching around the pudding like to SF/FF white chocolate), and chris finds his pretty tasty too though you may need to add more mix than suggested per glass of hot water. anyway, here are the recipes. bye-bye prepackaged mixes, hello homemade :)

Fat Free Sugar Free Hot Chocolate Mix-i found this recipe here
3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup Splenda granular
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 (1 ounce) package fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
Mix all ingredients together.
Store in airtight container.

Non-Dairy Peppermint Cocoa Mix-found this recipe
here
3 (4 1/2-inch) peppermint sticks (i just used those peppermint starlight candies)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
Crush peppermint stick with a small amount of the powdered sugar in a food processor or blender.
Combine the crushed peppermint with remaining sugar, creamer and cocoa; mixing well.
To serve add 1/4 cup mix to 3/4 cup boiling water per serving.
Store remaining mix in a jar or airtight bag.
