as you know, the past several years i've yearned to be a mom so badly but never thought it would happen. obviously i'm thrilled to now be pregnant, and it is quite a blessing from above. but these past few months between jobs, health, and finances its been pretty tough. not the way i imagined it would be if i ever had the chance to bring a baby into this world and be a mom.
well, for Christmas i got a daily calendar of Life's Little Instructions from the Bible. todays message hit the nail on the head, as they say:
Never let the odds keep you from pursuing what you know in your heart you were meant to do.
"As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received." Eph 4:1 NIV.
may this be an inspiration to us all...
