this week started out well with the good report from the doctors on monday. tuesday i was feeling lots of energy and stayed pretty busy most of the day-got my eyes checked, walked around the mall while waiting for my vision to come back into focus so i could drive home, went to the PX on base and got a crib mattress (thanks dad!!), went to Walmart to pick up a prescription, and general house cleaning duties. turns out i ended up doing way more than i should have...i say this because i practically slept all day wednesday! today, thursday, was back to work and i was still dragging from the other day. finally tonight i'm feeling back to normal. geeze, one day of activity and i'm wiped out for 2 days...whats up with that?! :)
our pastor has started a sermon series on finances. its an awesome series, i urge you to check it out on our church website (link on left side of blog). anyway, since i am home alone alot now during the week my mind has been on overdrive and i've been thinking about this topic more and i have to admit, stressing out bunches. i want to be able to say it will all work out fine, but truthfully i still have doubt just like i did months ago..only more so because its all getting so much closer. we are literally scraping by right now since i had to cut my hours at work. i have no idea how its gonna be when my income is totally gone in a couple months. in my head i can say God is our provider, He will take care of us. in my heart though, well, its a different story most of the time. i dont like to talk about it much because it only makes me more upset. but soon we'll have to face the reality of one income and a new baby. it scares the crap out of me. ok. confession time is over!

on to something more fun ...normally Caitlin has her active times in the evenings. well, today she had a mega energy spurt and has been active all the day long. (i wonder if she'll take after her mom and sleep most of the day tomorrow to make up for it?!!) at first i thought she would be a swimmer, then a soccer player. tonight she told me she was gonna be a kickboxer....by landing a good ole kick into momma's right ribs! first time that has happened like that...totally took me by surprise. i was just sitting there feeling her move around like normal and then all of a sudden there was this BAM my ribs and i was like "what was that?!". coolest and oddest feeling all at the same time!! i am so anxious to meet this wonderful baby in my belly, i already love her so much.

Heh heh. You haven't yet mentioned that she's really been kicking your internal organs around lately! Before long you'll be yelling "My liver! My liver!"
