well, yesterday i had the IUD Mirena put in. it is good birth controll for up to 5 years. i hope it does its job, but should we change our mind its easy to remove and fertility is resumed almost right away. i was nervous about the procedure but the worst part was just some cramping.
caitlin continues to grow like crazy. she is definatly coming into her own! she is starting to smile socially and thats fun to see. i feel like the connection between she and i solidified over the past couple days-the bond i felt was missing all this time is there now. she knows her momma.
she goes back to the doctor on monday. i'm anxious to see what her weight and height is according to their measurements! she will also get more shots then too. poor thing!
