a couple days ago caitlin was a major chatterbox. constantly talking up a storm! well yesterday when she woke up her voice was pretty scratchy. all day yesterday and now today its the same. i feel bad for her, i don't know what to do to soothe her throat. i'm hoping to hear back from her nurse in a bit with some suggestions. i dont know if she over-did it talking or if its allergies or something like that. poor thing!

also, she has started a thing where when we feed her she turns her head so that the bottle is on the side of her mouth. she manages to eat fine that way. well, i saw 2 little nubs on either side of her lower jaw. that along with massive drooling as of late and constantly sucking on her fist can only mean one thing= preteething!

Teething! What a joyous time for parents! The screaming and crying, for hours on end and thats just Mom ;) Seriously though, I would start stocking up on the gel teething rings, the ones you can put in the refrigerator and some baby orajel http://www.orajel.com/products/baby/teething.htm
