so we're still here in Missouri. the weather is a bit warmer today, so thats very nice. we havent done too much, mainly hanging out and talking with eachother. we've played a couple fun games (Scattergories and a telephone type game with paper) and that has generated alot of laughs!!!
caitlin has been very well behaved. but today i had to put some eye medication on her again since the goup in her right eye is on the verge of returning (like it was doing a couple months ago). she's napping now...all the excitement has worn her out!!
we were very blessed with gifts this year. caitlin got the jumperoo from my folks (which she really misses....she is constantly moving her legs trying to jump when she's being held!), from her great aunt Evelyn she got some outfits and the coolest socks-they look like little shoes. her grandparents Kinion got her a wonderful hand quilted brightly colored monkey quilt and a curious George to go with it, great-grandma Kite got her some warm soft clothes and a car toy, aunt Kathleen got her some bath toys and a telephone and great-grandparents Kinion got her a beautiful ceramic Noahs Arc table lamp and an outfit. i will be posting pictures when we get back home. and most importantly Caitlin is getting tons of attention and love from all the family. its really a shame she wont remember this in the years to come.
chris and i were equally blessed from everyone.
i think i'm gonna go get some hot chocolate and read my book. i love vacation :):)
