me and caitlin must be on the same thing. lately it is getting difficult to get her to go to sleep at night. once she's asleep its fine, but she is refusing to give in to the tiredness pleasantly. i feel the same way. i'm really tired, but i just can't fall asleep like i should be.
last week when chris was gone for a few days i slept fine. this time he's gone again (on a teaching trip till saturday night) and i'm having the 'someone is breaking into our house' type of thoughts and fears. whats up with that?!
i used to take a tylenol pm or something like that to help me sleep when i got like this in the past. but now with caitlin theres no way i could watch her properly tomorrow if i took one of those since i'm still groggy for several hours after waking up.
sometimes surfing the net helps pass time till i am able to fall asleep. but there isnt much exciting out there right now. so i dont know, i'll guess i'll start counting sheep or something!

SEriously, when I am housesitting or something, or just when its really stormy outside (tornado type weather) - I quote Scripture. I may just repeat the same ones over and over to myself or aloud - and fall asleep in peace.
