more info about my friend

i got another update today about my friend Sharon and wanted to share so you would know how to direct your prayers:

It has been decided that Sharon is not going to get better on her own.
She will be moved to CareLife Rehabilitation facility as soon as a bed becomes available.
This facility is located in the Medical Center and has skilled nurses and a full ER.
The respirator will be taken out and tracheal device will be installed so she can talk and communicate. Her rehabilitation could take as long as several months.
She has no muscle tone; no ability to move on her own.

also,on Sunday Sharon's father(age 79) had a heart attack. he also lives here in town. he's had heart surgery before and has several stints. because of this there is nothing the doctors can do for him now..the next time he has an attack will his last. he is alert and wanting to go home, but the doctors will keep him for another week and wont let him go home until there is 24/7 nursing care for him.

these have been very hard months for this family. not only did Sharon's daughter have her first child (the first grandbaby for Sharon,too) about 6 weeks ago, but also Sharon and her dad took great care of her mother who was suffering from Alzheimers and who passed away last month. and now both Shron and her dad are needing intense care. this family has been through alot. but i know they appreciate being lifted heavenword. thank you.
