uh-oh, here comes the swelling!

my ankles are starting to swell on a regular basis. tonight is the worst by far. my left ankle looks as huge as my friends did when she was ready to deliver, and i am only approaching my last trimester. that means i still have 3 more months to go....its only gonna get worse!! my next obgyn apt is this coming monday, so i'll talk to the dr. about this. unfortunatly i cant put my feet up at work, and its not like i have a lunch break where i can rest them either. i just have to wait till i get home to elevate them. on the one hand its a cool reminder that my body is changing due to a baby (yes there are still days when i cant believe i'm actually pregnant- odd as that sounds..) but on the other hand i dont like the pounding and sensations i get in my feet/ankles when they do swell. its a catch 22. but its worth it if it means Caitlin is progressing as normal!
