do i or dont i?

i used to dread the nightime because i'd be up feeding Caitlin often, but now that she sleeps through the night i dont have to do that. but the past week i've had terrible bad dreams, several each night, and now i'm back to dreading the time the sun goes down. i havent slept much. and i'm starting to go down the path again of feeling very overwhelmed, hopeless, withdrawn and detaching from Caitin. ironically this all started to happen about the time i quit taking the zoloft. i stopped the zoloft after a month or so because i was feeling so much better...i felt i had a good grip on things and me and caitlin were doing great together. but since stopping the zoloft i can tell things are slowly going back to how they were....so does this mean i should start taking it again? i just didnt want to have to be on it forever. this would be the third regiment of zoloft i've gone through (the first was a couple years ago for other reasons. i was on it for almost a year at that time). i'm thinking i'll start it again...i want to enjoy my daughter and if this is what it takes
than its worth it.

UPDATE: i have started taking it again. a short crying spell last night was the deciding factor. dont want to end up doing that on a daily basis like i did before starting zoloft the first time.

i say go on it - too many changes to go through but be careful going on and off of it - that can actually exasperate the highs and lows of emotion...make sure you talk to your doc before stopping it... zoloft also takes a few weeks to even reach its full effects in the system. the first year of an infant's life is a lot. zoloft wont cure the overwhelming feelings but it will at least help take the edge off. that's my two cents!! sorry...ive taken way too many psychopharmacology classes :).
