i got the call i've been waiting for all week today. i am the new full time vet tech at Alamo Feline Health Center. woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am really excited. this is where i will be working- http://www.alamofeline.com/ this job is like a dream job, and i am soo grateful and thankful to have been given it. i go in tomorrow, friday, to fill out paperwork and they will even give me money to use to buy scrubs with. so cool. and then i start work monday!
but i have to admit i'm a little sad too. i know that my time staying home with caitlin is over. i'm gonna miss that, more than i realized. sure, at times things got stressful, but overall i had a blast. we have such a strong bond and i have been able to see her grow so much as a person. we have friends who will be watching her so i know she will be in good hands when we're at work.
chris is still looking for a job, but i know the right one will come along soon. this trying time for us i think has definatly been a test of faith. but God is faithful, even when we are not so much. and for that i am humbled and amazed.
