Along with all this fertility stuff I have also been dealing with foot issues. For quite some time my right foot has been in pain. I've gone to the foot doctor who determined there is a problem with one of the nerves going to my toes. I have gotten several cortisone shots to reduce the inflammation but it seems to come back each time.
Yesterday the doctor told me if this latest round of shots doesnt help then the next course of action is either surgery to remove the nerve or a series of 3 alcohol shots which will also kill the nerve. Either way i will be left with some numbness in my foot.
I go back in 2 weeks to evaluate. I will be praying this last shot helps enough and i dont have to go through with the other options!

The only problem with taking 3 shots of alcohol is after you sober up, the pain comes right back! I'd get a second opinion if I were you. :-)
