Babycare class

last night we attended a babycare class along with about 1o other expecting couples at the hospital. the instructor went over general baby info like Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and Shaken Baby Syndrome and what to do to try and prevent that, diaper changing, swaddling, how to comfort a crying baby, carseats, and care tips for when they first come home. it was interesting. but i admit, i had a mental freak out moment when the reality of it all hit home. thats gonna be us with a brand new baby in a few months! i'm still very excited, but a tad scared too. i know thats normal and i shouldnt feel bad. i'm glad i still have some time to prepare for the changes that are about to come!!
