if the Spurs win a playoff game our Valero gas station offers free any size coffee/cappucino the next morning from 5-10am. its a sweet deal, and thankfully last night we won a game against New Orleans. now, i love the Spurs, but N.O. is a very good, young, energetic team that beat us in the first 2 games. it was pivotal we won last night, and we did. so i'm a happy camper!
but i was also happy for the coffee because last night i had a very rough time trying to sleep. i had trouble breathing because Caitlin must have been pushing on my diaphram or something like that. i'm not congested, i just couldnt take a deep breath and when i tried i felt like i was gonna suffocate! i alternated between lying on my side and back and finally just sat up most of the night. chris said at one point he heard me snoring so i must have drifted off sometime, but i sure didnt feel rested when my alarm went off.
even now as i type this i can feel Caitlin's pressure right in the middle of my chest along with her kicking and moving. i feel nausious on top of all that. not only will i be excited when she's born to finally meet this wonderful being, but i'll have my body back and no more rib bruising or air suppressing going on!
our next Spurs game is sunday night. i have to work monday. so lets hope for another win, because if this keeps up i'll need more coffee! :)
no baby was harmed in the drinking of this beverage-i have had hardly any caffeine this whole pregnancy and i get the smallest size coffee and dont drink all of it...just a little jolt to get things going is all i do!

I like that disclaimer, hehe, its even in small print, only thing you forgot was the asterisk. But seriously, I'm sorry that you're having trouble sleeping. But if you think you have trouble sleeping now, just wait until after the birth! :) And oh yeah, let me be the first to wish you well on your first Mother's Day!
Thank You! :)
